One death and 36 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in southern Cyprus
One person has died of coronavirus in southern Cyprus on Thursday with 36 new confirmed cases recorded, bringing the total number of death there to 10 and number of cases to 356 including ten in the British Bases.
The causality is a woman who was being treated at the ICU of Limassol Hospital, the Cyprus Health Ministry said on Thursday.
The ten death recorded so far are eight men and two women.
Of the 36 new cases, 24 were found through tracing of the contacts of people who were found positive to coronavirus, 1 who had returned from a trip abroad and 11 whose history is being investigated.
South Cyprus recorded it's biggest daily tally on Wednesday when it reported 58 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
