No new case of coronavirus found in north Cyprus on Saturday
Good news from TRNC as no new case of coronavirus was detected in the country on Saturday.
TRNC Minister of Health, Ali Pilli made the announcement on Saturday during one of his regular briefing on the situation of Covid-19 in the country.
According to him, 220 tests were carried out on Saturday with no positive case found.
So far 2547 tests have been carried out in TRNC with the total number of confirmed cases at 88.
57 patients are still being treated for corona virus, 29 patients have been discharged while two are still in intensive care units.
The two patients are expected to be discharged on Sunday.
Distribution of patients by region as follows:
Lefkosa: 11
Gonyeli: 3
Famagusta: 3
Beyarmudu: 3
Kyrenia: 2
Lapta: 9
Alsancak 4
Karsiyaka: 2
Iskele - Karpaz: 22
