Five new cases of Covid-19 announced in south Cyprus
Five new cases of Covid-19 were announced in southern Cyprus on Monday bringing the total number of cases there to 772 including 10 in British Bases.
According to Cyprus ministry of health’s the five new cases were confirmed from a total of 1,669 tests carried out on Monday.
Two positive cases were confirmed from the large-scale 20,000 tests in workers, two through tracing of the contacts of positive cases and 1 from private initiative.
This is the second day in a row that the number of cases is just a single figure.
