Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket buys $2.6m home just days after celebrating 18th birthday (photos)

Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket Jackson has flown the nest after reportedly buying his first home for a cool $2.6 million.

Blanket, now known as Bigi, celebrated his 18th birthday on 21 February and marked his new chapter of independence by leaving the family home and purchasing his very own property.

 According to Variety, Blanket has splurged on a six-bedroom house in the city of Calabasas, California meaning he’s likely neighbours with at least one of the large Kardashian-Jenner family. 

The youngster’s starter house covers 6,382 square feet, seven and a half bathrooms and is protected inside a 24/7 guard-gated community with security frequently patrolling.

Blanket is in good company as some of his neighbours reportedly include John Travolta, reality star Kendra Wilson, rap icon Dr Dre, retired NBA star Al Harrington and OJ Simpson prosecutor Marcia Clark.
