17 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed in south Cyprus
17 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in south Cyprus on Saturday bringing the total number of cases there to 179, including
five cases at the British bases.
The announcement was made by the Cyprus Health ministry on Saturday.
Three of the new cases concern persons who returned from abroad, 10 persons were contacts of other confirmed cases and one concerns a person from the British bases. Three cases concern persons whose contact background is under investigation.
This brings the total number of cases in southern Cyprus to 179 with five deaths.
