Cyprus Weather Update: Unstable weather today

Tuesday will be partly cloudy at intervals with light rain while unsettled weather is expected from today will last for much of the week.

Temperatures will rise to 18 C inland and on the coast and around 10 C in the higher mountains. 

At night, temperatures will fall to 5 C inland, around 8 C on the coast and 1 C in the mountains. In the mountains and semi mountainous area there will be frost locally.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy and at intervals cloudy, with local rain and on Thursday there will be local showers and isolated thunderstorms, snow in the higher mountains, with strong winds at times.

Temperatures are expected to remain at the same levels until Wednesday which are slightly above average for the time of year, at least inland and in the mountains, and n Thursday will edge down to close to the seasonal average.
