Cyprus Weather Today: More cold, more rain and wind in the coming days
Weak low pressure is affecting the area as a low
pressure system centered on the Aegean sea is expected to affect the weather
in Cyprus.
Wednesday will be mainly cloudy with local showers expected with the possibility of snowfall or sleet in the higher mountains.
Temperatures will rise to 18 C inland and on the coast and 9 C in the higher mountains.
At night, temperatures will fall to 5 C inland, around 10 C on the coast and 3 C in the mountains.
Temperatures will remain at the same levels which are above average for the time of year.
Thursday and Friday will be mainly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Snowfall is expected in the higher and lower mountains on Friday with very strong winds at intervals a possibility.
Temperatures will edge down to a little below the seasonal average.
