Cyprus Weather Today: Temperatures will edge down on Friday with rain expected

Weak low pressure is affecting the area. Friday will see intervals of sunshine and intervals of increased cloud which from midday on will lead to scattered showers or thunderstorms.

On Friday, temperatures will edge down remaining at the same levels over the weekend at slightly below average for the time of year.

Temperatures will drop to 15 C inland, 17 C on the coasts and 10 C in the mountains.

At night, temperatures will fall to 13 C inland, around 16 C on the south and east coasts, around 15 C on the remaining coasts and around 9 C in the mountains.

The weekend will be partly cloudy and local showers and isolated thunderstorms are forecast.
