Messi and Fati nominated for Globe Soccer Awards
Lionel Messi is among the main candidates for the Globe Soccer Awards.
The Argentine may take the award as the best player of the year. The Awards are organized by the European Association of Player's Agents and the European Club Association.
The 32-year-old will face competition from Cristiano Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva and a couple of Liverpool stars (Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Alisson Becker).
Interestingly, Lionel Messi has won the award just once, in 2015.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo has won five accolades while his agent, Jorge Mendes is proclaimed as the best agent of the year almost every year (except 2017).
The 16-year-old starlet is nominated for the 'Best Revelation Player' while Eric Abidal may get the award for the 'Best Sporting Director'.
