Man accused of sexually harassing a woman in a hotel in Bafra broke his two feet while trying to escape
A man who allegedly tried to rape a woman in a hotel room in Bafra, in Northern Cyprus and then tried to escaped by jumping down from the building broke his leg as a result of the jump.
The incident happened in Bafra at about 12:00am on Friday.
The suspect reportedly harassed the woman who was lodged in the hotel sexually while she was standing at the room door.
The woman who felt uncomfortable shouted at the accused who then jumped from a height of three and a half meters to the ground. He broke his two legs in the process and was taken to a hospital.
His feet were banned and kept under police watch in the hospital.
