Three students nabbed for stealing clothes, money and electrical appliance from a shop in north Cyprus
Three foreigners who allegedly entered a clothe shop in Lefkosa and took away various items including clothes, money and electrical appliances have been arrested and detained.
The three suspects who are students in the country reportedly entered Jumbo Bazaar cloth shop during the week and took away various brands of clothes, cash, electrical appliances and money in the donation box.
The incident happened between the hours of 2:15am - 4:15am on September, 9-10.
The identities and residents of the suspects were revealed from camera images by the forensic branch of the Lefkosa police Department following the incident.
The suspects were found in the house with some of the stolen goods taken as exhibits.
They were taken to a court in Lefkosa on Thursday on charges of illegally entering a shop, stealing and intentional damage.
