Irregular migrants begin crossing from north Cyprus to south Cyprus, 14 arrested by Greek Cypriot police.
About 14 people, all irregular migrants including a 16 year old, were caught and arrested by Greek Cypriot police in Nicosia early Wednesday morning.
According to the report by Greek Cypriot media, philenews, the group were identified by police on the Peristerona-Astromeritis road at around 4 am following a tip off.
The 14 of them were taken to a police station.
The report also sated that they are believed to have crossed into south Cyprus from north Cyprus.
