North Cyprus immigration tighten rules at airport, NIGERIANs and SYRIANs on the agenda

All new students coming into the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus to study MUST have original documents with them upon their arrival. 

Failure to do so will lead them being sent back and the risk of not being allowed to enter the country again. 

The North Cyprus police immigration departments have increased their security measures and those failing to answer the police’s questions or show LOA or original documents will be sent back without consulting the University.

Please let all students be reminded of this. Agents take note!

Also, the names of NIGERIAN & SYRIAN nationals will be sent to the relative Embassy and TRNC Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more evaluation. 

However, the TRNC CIVIL AVIATION has requested the students ticket information to be advised so that they do not face problems when Boarding from Turkey to Ercan.
