Cyprus Weather Today: Mainly fine today

Weak, relatively low pressure is affecting the area. Tuesday will be mainly fine, but with increased local cloud in the mountains in the afternoon.

Temperatures will rise to 34 C inland, 31 C on the south and east coasts, 29 C on the west and north coasts and around 25 C in the mountains.

At night, temperatures will fall to around 19 C inland, 20 C on the coast and around 11 C in the mountains.

Wednesday will start off mainly fine, however after midday clouds that develop may lead to scattered showers, mainly in the mountains and inland. Later on, increased cloud is expected to lead to scattered showers mainly in the west and north from late at night.

Thursday will be partly cloudy and scattered showers are forecast at intervals.

Temperatures are expected to remain at the same levels over the next three days which are close to average for the time of year.
