Cost of living goes up in North Cyprus

The State Planning Organisation has announced the rise in the cost of living for June as 1.27 per cent.

According to the latest figures, the cost of living has gone up by 7.57 per cent in the last six months.

SPO figures state that the highest price rise was seen in three commodities, lemons, cucumbers and baby taro.

The highest drop in prices was seen in melons, water melons and tomatoes.
