Congratulations to Nigerian community living in Cyprus as Nigeria wins 3rd place at the AFCON 2019 in Egypt

Odion Ighalo’s early strike for Nigeria in the first half separated the winner of Egypt Afcon 2019 3rd place and the loser Tunisia on Wednesday night of 17th of July 2019.

It was more of a balanced match with both sides trying to undo each other, but in soccer goals matters most.

The scorer Ighalo is pencilled to win the golden boot with five goals in this current Afcon tournament holding at constant the final match on Friday. 

If no one surpasses him the award is for him to win it, with two clear of his closest challengers Adam Ounas and Sadio Mane.

The Shanghai Shenhua forward stretched his foot to nudge the ball home from a yard out after Tunisia keeper Moez Ben Cherifia and his defender Yassine Meriah both clashed as they threw themselves on the ground to try and cut out Collins Jamilu’s cross from the left.
