40-year-old woman arrested for shoplifting in a Famagusta shop
A woman who was arrested for shoplifting in a pastry shop in Famagusta has been released on bail.
The 40-year-old woman was arrested earlier in the week for reportedly stealing some goods from the pastry shop in Famagusta as well as desserts such as Turkish delight, baklava.
She was taken to the Gazimağusa Accident Court on Wednesday.
The accused voluntarily gave testimony in court and was released on collateral.
She was banned from leaving the country until trial.
