Cyprus Weather Report: It may rain on Tuesday

Weak low pressure is affecting the area and there will be dust in the atmosphere at intervals.

On Tuesday there will be increased high cloud which locally, and mainly in the mountains, may lead to scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms after midday.

Wednesday will be mainly fine but at intervals there will be increased high cloud which may lead to scattered showers in the mountains in the afternoon.

Thursday will be mainly fine.

Temperatures will edge down on Tuesday, most noticeably inland and in the mountains, remaining at the same levels on Wednesday which is close to average for the time of year.

However temperatures are expected to rise on Thursday to a little above average for the time of year,
