8 arrested in Lefkosa, Girne and Magusa for residing in north Cyprus illegally
Another 8 people were arrested from several parts of the country on Monday for living in the country illegally.
The arrest were made in Lefkosa, Girne and Magusa between the hours of 8:00pm on Monday to 04:00am on Tuesday.
Two were arrested in Magusa, five in Girne and one in Lefkosa.
They were detained and legal proceeding opened against them.
