United battle Real for Eriksen, Solskjaer wants five signings
Manchester United and Real Madrid want
Christian Eriksen, United lead the race for Matthijs De Ligt, and Ole
Gunnar Solskjaer wants five new players.

Real could lose Eriksen to United
Real Madrid are aiming to secure the signature of Tottenham
midfielder Christian Eriksen, according to the Sun. Zinedine Zidane
wants the 27-year-old playmaker to be the long-term replacement for Luka Modric, but they may wait until his contract ends in 2020, as Daniel Levy wants at least £100 million, and the Spanish club also want Manchester United’s Paul Pogba. The Sun believes that move would spur United to move for Eriksen themselves.
De Ligt could favour United move
Mino Raiola strikes again, according to a report in the Mirror. The agent of Ajax
teenager Matthijs de Ligt favours his cient moves to Manchester United
ahead of Barcelona, and it is because of money. If he completes a move
to Barcelona, he is expected to earn far less than should he move to
United, who have made it clear they will pay the top rate to attract
him.
Solskjaer wants five signings
The Evening Standard claims that Manchester United manager Ole
Gunnar Solskjaer wants to sign five players this summer. He wants Benfica
duo Bruno Fernandes, 24, and 19-year-old forward Joao Felix, who could
cost £100 million, and is also wanted by Real Madrid. Another player
wanted is Borussia Dortmund’s teenage Jadon Sancho. Everton’s Idrissa Gueye, a central defender and a right-back are also wanted.
