Student jailed for one month for assaulting a 15-year-old girl in north Cyprus

A Student has been arrested in Lefkosa, North Cyprus for harassing a 15-year-old girl. 
The accused was arrested on Monday, April, 1 at Ahmet Mutallip Street in Lefkosa on charges of sexual assault on a minor.

 The accused student who have a valid resident permit told the court that he was sorry for the crime.
I am very sad. I apologized to the Cyprus government, the girl and her family.

 The court ordered the he remain in prison for one month until trial.
