Cyprus Today is seeking website and news desk assistant, copy editor and translator.

Website and News Desk Assistant
Applicants must be able to upload material to maintain a lively and up- to- date online presence. Additional work will include assisting the News Editor, so preference will be given to those also offering editorial skills, including editing copy in English and/or translating news items from Turkish. Excellent spoken and written English is essential and fluency in Turkish would be an advantage. 

Copy editor
Can you turn basic information into a punchy, accurate informative news story or an interesting feature? Is your written English excellent? Do yo have a keen nose for news, a way with words and a good eye for accuracy? If so, you may be able to help strengthen our editorial team. We welcome applications from people in all areas of the country and with interest in a variety of working arrangements. 

Translator
Applicants should have an excellent command of written English and Turkish, and expertise in translating from Turkish to English. Consideration will be given to full- time and part- time applicants.

Previous relevant experience would be an advantage for all posts. Male applicants must have completed their military service.
