Gas stations will be closed in TRNC on May 1
All Gas stations in north Cyprus will be closed on Wednesday, May, 1 to observe Labor Day.
The Cyprus Turkish Petrol Stations Association made the announcement on Monday that due to the 1st of May Labour Day holiday all petrol stations will be closed to mark the day.
The head of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Turkish Petrol Stations Association Levent Çağdal issued a written statement to announce the decision taken by the association’s board of directors.
He called on the public, in order not to be victimised, to purchase their petrol today so everyone can enjoy the 1st of May Labour Day celebrations.
Also, all supermarkets and convenient stores will also be closed on the day.
