Permits for six new universities in north Cyprus put on hold
Initial permits for six new universities
in the TRNC have been put on hold and stricter college inspections are on the
horizon once new regulations are approved.
Mesarya Technical, 15 July, Kıbrıs Millennium, Kıbrıs Yenikent, Yükselen
and Akacan university projects had been granted foundation permits
subject to periodic progress reports made by Yödak, the Higher Education
Planning, Inspection, Accreditation and Coordination Committee.
