Chelsea’s transfer ban could have implications for Callum Hudson-Odoi’s summer transfer plan. The 18-year-old England is searching first team football but can't get regular starts at Stamford Bridge under Maurizio Sarri. Manchester United, Bayern Munich and others could be frustrated by Chelsea’s decision not to sell him this summer even though he could leave for a pittance at the end of his contract in 2020, reports the Times.

*** With a transfer ban looming, Chelsea can't afford lose any players from their current squad, but that might not prevent Real Madrid finally get their man when it coes to Eden Hazard. That would free up a spot for Hudson-Odoi on the wings, but it could merely foster more resentment in the teenager, and other players, who are keen to start afresh at new clubs.

Arsenal plan Mkhitaryan sale
Arsenal are set to sell 30-year-old Armenian Henrikh Mkhitaryan as they look to trim their wage bill in the summer. Unai Emery also wants rid of Mesut Ozil, claims the Mirror, whose £350,000 a week is roughly double Mkhitaryan’s wages. The exits of Aaron Ramsey, Petr Cech and Danny Welbeck will also free up money for new players to arrive in the summer.
