A Rhapsody To Women -|| Isaac Yamie
Women go through a lot of scrutiny in their lives which doesn’t make it easier for them. In a world where it’s full of polarizations when it comes to societal norms be it from politics or race to speak the least, there is also the battle of sexes between women and man that has its own decent share towards nudging the society into some sort of disruption.
However, since it is a poll between team women or men I choose to abstain from choosing a side but rather share a different light to this battle.
Allow me to invite you to an approach that embraces our differences as women and men. I am not going to dwell on the differences because in no circumstance do they make one inferior to another. I am all about diversity.
Did you know? There is beauty and strength in diversity. The truth is regardless of gender, we all need each other but on a unity perspective of working together. I do not support women deprivation but I believe embracing diversity is the way to go.
My spoken word piece entitled (A Rhapsody to Women) aims at resonating with women who are forgetful and always questioning their existence in regards to adding meaning to the society.
