Chelsea seeking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer effect, line up interim choice

The Telegraph believe the club are preparing for imminent change rather than simply waiting for the end of the season.

They think that the Stamford Bridge hierarchy will approach the FA’s Steve Holland, who was once assistant manager at Chelsea, and ask him to combine both roles until the end of the season. 

***Holland has worked with many of the Chelsea squad and left only two years ago. The club may be taking the view that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has done well at Manchester United because he provided a fresh change but also knew the club inside and out before arriving. Whether he has the experience to take on a set of players that go through managers so quickly is another thing.
