Use of plastic bags in Cyprus and Turkey, citizens develops funny means of carrying goods (photos)

On December, 1, 2018, the TRNC government passed a bill banning the use of plastic bags in supermarkets in other to protect the environment which also means that customers will have to pay to use them, and since then, things took a new turn.

The same measure was also introduced in Turkey, on January, 1, 2019.

Citizens has now developed a new means of carrying their goods when they go shopping and several of the means will shock you.
