Turkish man arrested for over staying his visa in TRNC
A Turkish man who over stayed the expiration of his visa has been arrested and detained for illegal residency by the TRNC government.
The man identified as Coşkun Altıner, entered the TRNC with a 60-day tourist visa in July 2018, but did not leave the country despite the expiration of the visa period.
He was arrested on Thursday last week in Yenisehir, Şehit Ecvet Yusuf Street, Lefkosa and taken to court on charges of unauthorized stay in the TRNC.
