Dust warning in Cyprus

The North Cyprus Met Office has issued a warning about dust particles that will cause pollution in the country in the next few days.

The dust particle which arrived from North Africa on Thursday will pollute the weather until Sunday night.

Those with sensitivities are warned to take necessary precautions.

Because of the small size of the dust particles and the potential effects on human health, especially on children, the elderly, and people with a compromised immune system, the TRNC met office has recommended staying indoors until the dust cloud subsides.
