Heavy rain and thunder storm in Lefkosa and Girne - what are your experience

Monday night was an experience for everyone in Lefkosa, Girne and other parts of Cyprus due to the heavy rain and thunder storm that rocked the night causing flood in most areas.

For some it was a night to remember and for others it was one that made them scared and couldn't sleep.

Many locals were victim of flooding as their houses were over taken by water and for several motorists, it was a bad experience.
