Woman jailed for 5 years and 5 months by a Famagusta court for drug crime

A woman who brought drugs from Turkey to North Cyprus in her bra has been sentenced to 5 years and 5 months imprisonment.

The defendant, Theodore Andre was caught with 600 grams of Methamphetamine hidden in her bra while trying to crossover to south Cyprus in August.

She was found guilty by a Famagusta court on Wednesday and was sentenced to 5 years and 5 months in prison.
