TRNC to mark it's 35th anniversary on Thursday

The TRNC will mark it's 35th anniversary on Thursday November 15 with Air shows, parades, and Ottoman band street concerts.

These and other activities this week will be rolled out to celebrate the TRNC’s anniversary.

The 35th anniversary of the republic, which was proclaimed on November 15, 1983, will also be a national holiday, meaning public offices and banks will be closed for the day.

According ro Cyprus Today, the highlight of the annual event will be when the Solo Türk F-16 jet roars through the skies above Girne’s yacht harbour and seafront promenade in an aerobatic display set to take place from 3.30pm to 4pm on Thursday.
