Murder suspect arrested in Alayköy

Man who stabbed and killed a woman in Gonyeli on Wednesday has been found and arrested for murder.

Gülbahar Ulutan was declared wanted by the police on Wednesday October, 31 after stabbing a woman working as a cleaner in a Gonyeli apartment to death.

He was identified and arrested in Alayköy region on Friday.

He was taken to a court in Lefkosa after the arrest.

The court ordered that he be detained for three days in order for investigation to be carried out.
