Three Pakistani detained for violating military prohibited zone in Lefkosa

Three Pakistani national attempting to illegally cross over to south Cyprus by violating the military prohibited zone in Köşklüçiftlik, Lefkosa has been arrested and detained.

The three suspects, Hafiz Muhammad Awais, Ana Ramzan and Mohammad Bilal were arrested on Saturday and brought to a Lefkosa court on charges of violating a First Class Military Restricted Area.

They were given a three-day detention period by the court pending investigation.
