Nigerians dominates Turkish Cypriot League

The majority of foreign players in the Turkish Cypriot K-pet league are Nigerians with 29 out of 48 in total. 

The 2018/2019 K-Pet Super League season began last week with three match gone. 

Every team in the sixteen team league is expected to have at most three foreign players in their ranks. Recent team lists revealed that most of the foreign players slot were taken up by Nigerian players.

From a total of 48 foreign players slots, Nigerian players accounted for 29 of that number, followed by Ghana with 6 players and Cameroon with 5.

Also Senegal have 3 players, Benin, 2 while, Congo, France and Turkey have one each.
