Ghanaian student falls from third floor of his apartment in Lefkosa while trying to enter his house

A 33-yeear-old Ghanaian was seriously injured after falling from the third floor of his apartment building located in Lefkosa.

The man identified as C.B.D living at Recai Balci street in Lefkosa, reportedly lost his balance while trying to enter his apartment through the window at about 11:30pm on Monday, and fell from a height of 12 meters from the third floor of the building.

He decided to use the window after ringing the bell and no one opened the door for him.

He was severely injured in the incident.

Medical teams arrived at the scene and rushed him to the Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkosa.

Report say his injuries were not life-threatening.
