Electricity provider in north Cyprus to charge public offices more to curb rise in prices’
Electricity charges to public offices may go
up in other to prevent a rise in bills for household and business
consumers, it has been announced.
The new tariff formula was proposed by the Kıb-Tek electricity authority
to prevent an anticipated hike on the back of a rise in the cost of
fuel.
The new proposal was accepted at a meeting last Wednesday between senior
Kıb-Tek figures and officials from the Prime Ministry, Finance and
Economy ministries.
