Cyprus Weather Report: More rain as unstable weather continues

The unstable weather continues, with Friday starting off mainly fine  though there may be scattered showers on the coast.

But clouds will gather in the afternoon that are expected to lead to scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, inland and in the north. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by hail.

Temperatures will be 30 C inland, 28 C on the coasts and 19 C in the mountains.

Saturday and Sunday will see periods of mainly fine weather but also intermittent cloud, while local rain and isolated thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon, mainly in the mountains and inland.

Temperatures will remain at about average for the time of year.
