18-year-old boy secretly took explicit sexual images of girlfriends in Girne, and then sent it to others

An 18-year-old boy who secretly recorded sexual images of his girlfriends and sent it to three individual has been arrested and detained in Girne, north Cyprus.

The 18-year-old identified only as N.A was arrested on Friday and taken to a court in Girne on Saturday on accusation of violating the confidentiality of private life.

Police said the accused took sexually attracted images of his girlfriends on his phone and then sent the images to three different people.

Upon investigation, police found sexual images of girls on his phone and computer.

He was ordered by the court to be remain in detention for three days pending investigation.

The crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to 6 years.
