TRNC police seizes 76 packets of illegal meat

About 1,644 kilograms of meat were seized by the TRNC police in a van in Demirhan and two people arrested. 

According to police report, the meat were found in a van during a police check operation at Demirhan at about 11:30pm on Wednesday. 

Police said a total of 76 packages of the illegal meat weighing about 1,644 of beef were seized and the two occupant of the vehicle, E.L, 36 and O.L, 52 were arrested.
