Police warning: Beware of counterfeit US dollars in circulation
The Turkish Cypriot police has warned the general public to be careful about some fake US $100 bills in circulation.
According to report, the fake $100 bills was issued in Güzelyurt and might have found its way into the market.
A 36-year-old man who was arrested on Friday after he was found with a total of eight fake US $100 bills, at the İş Bank Güzelyurt branch office is under investigation.
