Near East University to open Modern Art Museum on 27 September
The Near East University Museum of Modern Art will be opened on 27 September.
According to information released by NEU, the works of painters from 14 Turkish States will be exhibited in the Museum of Modern Art of Cyprus.
The museum will be open from 09.00 to 18.00, six days a week, except Monday.
The museum in TRNC, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Gagauzia, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Altay, will include pictures of the artist from the Tuva Republic and the Republic of Halay.
Near East University Board of Trustees President Assoc. Dr. İrfan S. Günsel, said in a statement on the subject, the Museum of Modern Art, will be one of the new art stops for arts lovers.
Günsel stated that he believed that the museum would play an active role in introducing the Turkish Cypriot art to the country and the world.
