Mild earthquake recorded in Cyprus on Friday

An earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale struck the northeastern coast of Cyprus on Friday morning.

The earthquake registered at about 3,6 magnitude struck at approximately 1:02 am on Friday.

According to a statement released by the Meteorology Department, an earthquake measuring approximately 160 kilometers was measure from the Akincilar Earthquake Station.

The earth quake was considered as very mild.
