Cyprus Weather Report: Dust and rain expected on Friday

Temperatures will ease further on Friday to average for the time of year, reaching a maximum of 35C with dust levels expected to go above average levels and a possibility of rain too.

The vulnerable groups are advised to avoid moving about outside while those working outside should take suitable precautionary measures.

The weather will be mainly fine, but partly cloudy at intervals in the west. The afternoon will see localised clouds elsewhere, the met office said.

Saturday and Sunday will see periods of fine weather and patchy clouds. Clouds that develop at noon and in the afternoon are expected to lead to localised rain or storms, mainly in the mountains and inland.

Temperatures will remain essentially unchanged over the weekend.
