Prisoners at Lefkosa Central Prison treated to nice meals and allowed to receive visitors during Bayram holiday

Prisoners at the Lefkosa Central Prison were allowed to have a breath of fresh air during the Bayram holiday period as they were treated to nice meals and allowed to receive visitors.

Due to the Feast of Sacrifice, prisoners at the Central Prison in Lefkosa were on Tuesday allowed to come out of their prisons to the open area, which will continue through out the period of the holiday from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day.

Prisoners and detainees of the prison were able to meet with spouses, friends, relatives and families who visited them and spend the day with them.

They were given foods and drinks as they join others in celebration.
