Police arrest man for stealing 10 tons of water from neighbour in Girne

A 24 year old man living in an apartment in Girne-Karaoğlanoğlu has been arrested for stealing about 10 tons of water from his neighbour who lived in the same apartment.

According to report, the the owner of the water, 23-year-old Hüsamettin Keser who was away in Lefkosa for the holiday returned home on August, 22 only to find out that his 10 tons of water was missing.

The accused was arrested on Thursday by the Girne police.

Police said the water had been stolen from a flat in the same apartment building.
