Four people arrested for drug in Lefkosa and Famagusta

A synthetic cannabinoid type drug and a cigarette containing drug weighing approximately 2 grams were found in a search made on a 27-year-old man in Lefkosa.

The suspect only identified as E.C, 27 was arrested on suspicion of carrying drugs at about 12:40pm on Sunday at Ismet Inonu Boulevard.

According to police report, the suspect was arrested following an investigation carried out.

In another incident in Famagusta, another drug suspect identified as, İ.D, 31 was arrested while throwing about 2 grams of synthetic cannabinod type drug into the neighborhood while trying to escape on the awareness of police in the area.

Two other suspects, Z.K, 22 and B.L, 30, who were believed to be related to the incident were also arrested.
