Cyprus Weather Report: Yellow weather warning issued for Thursday

The met office issued a yellow warning for Thursday as the temperature is expected to rise to 41C inland.

The warning concerns the hours between noon and 4pm on Thursday.

Temperatures in the other areas are expected to reach 33C in the west coast, around 35C in the other coastal areas and 31C in the mountainous areas.

Friday and the weekend are expected to be slightly cooler and partly cloudy, the met office said.
