Paper Round: Real Madrid to bid £112m for Eden Hazard
Real Madrid want Eden Hazard, Thibaut
Courtois and Kieran Trippier, Chelsea consider a bid for Joe Hart, and
Everton make an offer for Lucas Digne.
Real prepare £112m Hazard bid
Real Madrid continue their summer rebuilding after the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus. After Paris Saint-Germain made it clear that they will not be selling either Neymar
or Kylian Mbappe, Real have turned their attention to Chelsea’s Eden
Hazard. They will bid £112m for the 27-year-old Belgian, and may have to
up the bid to over £200m to get their man. They also expect to sign
Thibaut Courtois for £35.5.
Chelsea consider Hart transfer
In order to replace the departing Courtois, Chelsea may surprise
and disappoint their fans. Sarri is reportedly interested in Joe Hart,
the Manchester City goalkeeper. Due to having no part in Pep Guardiola’s
plans, and having just a year left on his contract, he could be
available for just £5m. The 31 year old also counts as a homegrown
player, too.

Real in shock link with Trippier
Real Madrid might not be finished with the Premier League after Courtois and Hazard. They are also being linked with Tottenham Hotspur
defender Kieran Trippier. Trippier would fetch at least £50m, though
Spurs would resist any offer from the Spanish club. A move would be a
surprise given they already have Dani Carvajal, and have just spent £50m
on Alvaro Odriozola from Real Sociedad.
Everton make bid for Digne
Everton have made a bid of £22m for Barcelona left-back Lucas
Digne. The French international is second choice at Barcelona, behind Jordi Alba,
and he has attracted interest from both Bayern Munich and Juventus. The
Spanish club do not want to sell, but the 25 year old is keen to leave
after his lack of playing time cost him his place in France’s World Cup
squad this summer.
